At R&R Contracting and Paving, a family-owned contracting and asphalt paving firm of Moorefield, WV, our only objective is to provide quality results for all of the company's customers. Whether it's asphalting a driveway, building a new road, clearing land and excavating for new housing development areas, preparing the land for concrete pads for chicken houses or erecting a locked concrete block wall around a newly constructed model home, the employees of R&R Contracting and Paving are dedicated to providing quality results no matter how large or how small the project.

Under the direction of Oliver F.(Bud) Riggleman and his son Greg, our concern is to do the job as well as it can be done, to meet and satisfy the needs of all our customers. With the addition of Bud Riggleman's other son Jim to the firm as a large-heavy equipment operator, the company has now added the installation of septic systems to the long list of services available to both commercial and private customers.

Built on the solid integrity that promises the utmost care in completing the smallest and most delicate of construction projects at the home: and an ability-nurtured by a combined 75 years of practical experience in the construction industry- to tackle the most demanding of larger excavating and paving work, the owners and employees of R&R Contracting and Paving approach each job with a determination to complete it to the satisfaction of the customer.

Greg Riggleman stated, "We promise honesty in our dealings with all customers to provide the quality that everyone not only expects, but, perhaps more importantly, everyone deserves." He further added, "Quality is what we promise our customers and we meet this commitment with an ability to do the job as well as it can be done. Be it breaking new ground through mountain land and building a road through areas once thought to be out of reach of highway vehicles, or laying quality asphalt over a parking lot or private road, our employees approach each project with the same ability to complete the work to the satisfaction of the customer.

Also included in the services by R&R Contracting and Paving are complete installation of septic systems at new home construction and the installation of various block retaining and landscaping walls. These services compliment other areas of the firm's excavation and construction work.

R&R Contracting and Paving is located just 5 miles south of Moorefield on the South Fork Road.
